As previously stated, my primary interest is Estimation but I also am a keen skier, scuba diver and allotmenter.

Besides my interests in Skiing, Diving and Allotments, I used to do a lot of Pottery but now I need a place to do it as we cannot fit the required equipment in the house or sheds!  Need a wheel, a kiln but most important space!

I also have an interest in encouraging other Americans to take up other citizenships.  It really made me angry after several years' residence in the U.K. when I considered adopting UK citizenship only to be told by the US Embassy that, if I did, I would never be admitted to the US.  Luckily, that is no longer the case!

I still do some cycling but nothing as ambitious as my earlier four day journey to Bréhan in Brittany.  My exercise programme to prepare for the ski season has been very useful.

Languages continue to interest me and many would disagree, but I feel comfortable with my French and German, my Spanish needs a great deal and I fear my Hindi has almost disappeared.  The sad thing is that they are all with a very strong American accent. 

We also do a lot of traveling - in a way, the more exotic, so much the better.
